Where did my live rendering go?
NEVERMIND–
I think I hit some hotkey, and now I I’m not seeing a live update of my video while I scrub through my timeline. (As in rendering while its playing?) Also, when I adjust effects, I dont see them change in realtime, only after I have set and let go of a setting.
If I hold down alt…this corrects itself, but holding down alt is a pain.
Any answers? I would search the help, but I’m at a loss as to what to search for.

there is a button at the top of the timeline called ‘live update’ (it looks like a square with and x in it over a nicer square). it often accidentally gets hit and causes the issue you are seeing….
