Been using pPro 1.5 for years, and today upgraded to CS4… I slapped together a short test movie and when I went to “export” all that popped up was a short bunch of pre-sets that don’t fit my needs, not the long list of options I’m used to.
Any help on how to access more options would be appreciated… thanks.

Hit export/media then open the pull down menu under Format that will give you your list.

Thanks, found that, but there doesn’t seem to be any HDV export options like on PPro1.5… searched help, and all that seems to say is that you can do it, but not details as to how.

HDV is an acquisition format, not an export option, but many formats like Mpeg 2, H264 and Windows Media Video offer several Presets for HDTV.

The Presets are available underneath the Format options in the Export Settings window.

Thanks for the advice… I guess I’m just used to “rolling my own” and this media encoder with presets and all is throwing me for a loop.
I know I had it in 1.5 but never used it… guess I have to now.
    Thanks for the input.
