I have no idea what is going on, but when I save things in illustrator as jpg file format the backround and the graphic turns blue. I can save as other files fine, but not jpg. I would just save it as another file however the program I am putting the image into requires jpg for some reason. PLease help ASAP if you can. Thank you in adavance!

What happens if you save form illustrator as .tif and then in phothsop do a save to .jpg. Try use save for web from illustrator and choose jpeg there.

I have seen white backgrounds chaneg to blue due to an incorrect color mangement setup, but not the entire document. Do your images look like blue monotones. I would turn off color management temporarily and see if your problem continues.
