  when i put clips in timeline areas get pixelated

  Sorry if someone has posted this already, but I’ve been searching for days. When I watch my clip in the viewer its fine but when I put it in the timeline and play it it gets these blocks in the same spots. Anyone know ow I can fix this problem?
