  When I hit Command+5 to turn effects on or off, it doesn’t work. It ends up controlling video scopes. Why?

  Weird issue: I made some customizeable controls. I’m using my custom keyboard in FCP X……and the normal toggle for effects doesn’t work. I checked and it is still listed as Command+5. But it just doesn’t control it. It sometimes, instead, turns on scopes. This only happens with my customizeable keyboard. Any suggestions? It seems like a weird little bug but I have no idea how/why to fix this.
