When I add a simple border filter to dropzone the video becomes blocky

Hi,

When I add a simple border filter to a dropzone the video in the dropzone becomes blocky and blurred.
It doesn’t happen to all of the dropzones; and also it happens with all filters.

Is it still blocky when your set to Best?

Thanks for the reply, I did set it to Best and it looked better in Motion but I am sending to Final Cut Pro 7 and still it exports blocky.
