When doing exports to Sony XDCam, I want to change preferences so the clip gets renamed. How do I do this?
I’m exporting over 150 files to burn them onto a Sony XDCam disc. I dont want to use the original file names. I want them renamed so they go 1,2,3 etc:
When you go to export, there is a box asking f you want to export it with the original filename. The box seems to be always checked for me and I always have to uncheck it, since I dont want to use the original filename. There must be a way to change that preference, so that the default is to not use the original filename. But I dont know how to do that. Anyone have ideas?
I’m using FCP 6 for this…..
