    What’s the effect where you make the video look like a bunch of stills?

    Hey, guys.

    I’m having trouble figuring out what to call the effect where the video is supposed to look like a bunch of stills, but it’s just the video played at a very low framerate.

    I’m sure it’s not that difficult to do, but I can’t google it or find the effect until I know what it’s called.

    If you want to tell me how to do it as well, that’d be OK.

    you could try “Posterize Time”. Set rate at 5.
