  Whats the best picture db that can be easily combined with a forum.
  I don’t know much about developing websites, but I’m writing scope docs for one I want built.

  It will have an “Ask your question about your project here” type of home page.
  A forum to view/answer the project questions.
  A picture database to upload Completed Projects Pictures witch will be referred as CPP.

  The ability to view thumbnails of selected CPP in the question toolbar so that they can be easily inserted into the question as a reference.

  A concluding page similar to a prescription that the user can download as a PDF. It describes the project in the terminology of that particular market, so that the user can give to their local expert.
