What’s the Best Nikon DSLR HD video
Hi there , I have a Nikon D300 which I want to replace for a Nikon DSLR video. I have never used a DSLR to shoot video. I am most concerned about the sound and HD image quality. Are there any Nikon out there, which shoot in Full HD and have headphone and mic jack?

Both the D4 and D800 have both a mic and headphone jack. Both also have uncompressed HDMI out.
The D7000 takes excellent video, and has a mic jack, but does not have a headphone jack.

Thanks Andrew.Just found out that I can only record 12 minutes at a time on SD cards . Are there any DSLR which record longer?

The D4 and D800 can record up to 30 minutes in a single *take* (technically 29 minutes, 59 seconds – a time limit related to import duties), but you can record/save HOURS to a single card. The D7000 can record up to 20 minutes per take, but again, can store hours on a single card.
