What’s the Best Graphics Card I can buy today?
My VAR just sent me a quote witht the ATI 1900 512MB card on an octo machine with 8GB RAM.
Is this the best card? Will things go faster (and better–I mean no anomalies) with that NVIDIA $1,649 Quador FX 4500 card or is that just a waste of money (not even 10% faster) unless I’m doing 3D for NASA? Is anyone using the 4500 for Motion 3?
Is ATI having a good relationship with Apple for the next 3 years or does NVIDIA have a lock on their offerings?
Should I wait a little longer as other posts might suggest?
