Whats is causing that noise? Some strange noise is destroying my video.

I’m using a Canon C100mk2 with a AT4053b Hypercardioid Condenser Microphone and a AT803 (AT803B) MINI CLIP-ON MICROPHONE.
The problem I’m having is that the recordings have this digital ticking sound that are being recorded both on the internal recording on the SD cards and on the Ninja Blade I’m using.
Can anyone help identify the reason this maybe occurring and a possible fix?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgFSVWZV0hw&feature=youtu.be
I wasn’t sure how to embed the video into this Post?Any help would be most appreciated.

Hello Patrick and welcome to the Cow Audio Forum.
Yes, the embedding process here is just plain weird. I can usually wade my way through it, but hopefully the new “face” for the Cow will make things easier. I think we’re supposed to see that before the end of the year.
Choose the right-most icon – File Upload.
there are about 3-4 steps after that allowing you to name and choose the file and hit upload. After the upload a new screen appears that seems to want you to fill in stuff and post it. BUT also on that screen there’s a link. Copy it and paste it in your post. I’ve just done that process to see if I’m right. Here’s my pasted link.

I previewed it and it looks like it worked. How about trying that?
When I click on the link I get send to a very uninformative page, but there’s an icon of a computer disc with a down arrow on it. If I click on that icon, the file will download to my computer.

Recording audio without metering and monitoring is exactly like framing and focusing without looking at the viewfinder. -
If I go and look at the original post I made, the video from youtube is there. I did set the video settings in youtube to private as I didn’t want it appearing throughout youtube. Could that be the problem?
Yes, I understand your point about not monitoring audio. But your post has promoted me to go out and purchase a higher quality pair of headphones for monitoring audio when recording video because the pair I was using wasn’t picking it up. So thank you for promoting me to do that. The problem I had in the case was that I had traveled quite some distance and due to the interviewees schedule, I had no choice but to go ahead with the interview. I know you should never rely on post production tools but I’ve had unwanted noises removed from recordings in the past. I was merely asking if someone might know what would be causing this.
