whats a good starter computer for sony vegas 10?
i plan on getting this desktop computer HP Compaq Pro 6300 SFF Core i5-2400 3.1GHz/8GB/320GB/DVDRW/ Windows 7 Pro …is it good enough for a part timer as a hobby making music video for a friend and to make/edit youtube videos for advertisng various projects…so im not using vags everyday…just sporadically. is that cputer lited above adequate enough. thank you for allowing me to ask advice. any help will be appreciated

Yes, a Core i5 with 8GB memory will be fine for occasional use depending on the footage you are editing. HDV will edit very smoothly. AVCHD might stutter a bit once you start adding FX but overall it should get the job done.
