We just purchased sorensensqueeze to help batch render all different file types we now need. Vegas has a nice batch render which we use all the time.

What we will do with squeeze is put it on a seperate machine and transfer files to the render folder so it automates much and frees up our editing workstation.

MY QUESTION IS: if we render mpeg-2 and ac-3 for our DVD’s will we loose the embedded markers from Vegas? I assume so.

What other features does the DVD Architect template in Vegas have that we might miss?
    Thanks
    Larry

Actually, those embedded markers are not really embedded. They are maintained in a separate file by Vegas that DVD Architect looks for. You can use a script like Ultimate S Pro to save those markers to a file that DVD Architect will automatically import with the MPG file if it has the same name and is found in the same folder.
