    What Type of Tape?

    I’ve seen much in several forums on the type of tape to use in the DVX100A.

    I’ve like to know what you all think. Why type of tape should I use?

    Also, do you use the Panasonic cleaning tape? Do you recommend it?

    panasonic master MQ is what I use.

    Pic a tape that you can easily get and afford and stick with it.

    Panny recomends their tape and I have never had any problems with their mastering series tape. I have had problems using other brands. Use their claning cassettes as well.

    Tape is cheap so I never buy cheap tape.

    Also, stick with one type of tape, Dry lube (MQ series) or wet lube (what you can buy at every electronics retailer). Make sure your cleaning tape is the same type also.
