    hi folks,
    there are several techniques used in this bigfishaudio video. wondering how they
    animate the text to create jittery effect
    animate the box/lines at :06
    and then at :10 they animate a squiggly line that becomes a drawing

    This is a relatively easy effect which can be done using the Vector Paint module in After Effects. You create a layer, add the Vector Paint effect, double click the layer, and you now have your brushes available. When you’ve drawn your first image, you go into the actual brush stroke, which is in the Comp, create a keyframe, then draw a second stroke, which the first one will morph into.

    This works because the strokes are vectors, and the first vector will change its’ shape to become the second. It takes a bit of practice and planning to get it, but you can do some amazing things with it.
