    good morning to all,

please, i need your kind advice on what controller i have to buy for sony vegas pro 8 for smooth fade ins/out for video and audio tracks

i all ready know that mackie controller is fully compatible with my vegas but i think is too expensive for (me) for only fade ins/outs

i do know know if the nocturne controller – novation music or any similar can do the job

    many thanks in advance

As you pointed out, the Mackie is the one to get. If you can’t afford it then get one that’s Mackie compliant. I have a PreSonus FaderPort that works well for a single track. I don’t know if other PreSonus mixers would emulate the Mackie and work as well.
