May 19, 2016 at 9:31 amHi 🙂
I know you are eager to find out what is my problem, but I really want to find out what others are using.
If possible, please answer my question, I can discuss my formats in another topic. -

May 19, 2016 at 9:55 amI use Vegas to do my file conversions for me.
As Neil said, if you’re having problems we need to know what file type you’re having problems with. -

May 19, 2016 at 12:42 pmI import both:
1]Canon SX50 – MOV [H.264 + Linear PCM (stereo)]
And
2]Canon XF300 – Canon iFrame and Records MPEG-2 MXF (4:2:2 colour sampling)
Straight into VP13 with no issues.
Does that help you?

May 19, 2016 at 1:58 pmThe most recent I have tried (trial version) is TMPGenc video mastering works 6. Or, use Vegas Pro (render regions scripts). My old box runs CineForm intermediates at full speed on a 2nd monitor set for ‘Best (auto).

avoids all .MOV issues, and it converts really quick

If possible, please answer my question, I can discuss my formats in another topic. No offense, but any reasonable answer depends completely on your source format and your destination format and also WHY you want to do the conversion. Poor preview performance? Use in another application? Do you need a digital intermediate? A proxy? Simply saying that I’ve used Vegas, TMPGEnc Mastering Works, FFMPEG, Vitualdub, Avidemux, Photoshop, GoPro Studio, Cineform Neoscene (I’ve used all of these) is pretty meaningless without information that others have suggested you should provide.
