What program do I need to make a banner exactly like this?
Hello, I am trying do almost duplicate the flash banner in the link below. I would of course change the pictures and make it my own, but just the same size. If you could please tell me which program I could use to create a banner like the one in the link, and maybe give me some advice about making it. Thank you so very much, I really appreciate your help.

It’s done in Flash.
There are some sites that sells templates. Google for “Flash template” and see if there’s something you like.
But beware, Flash has a slow learning curve.
