I’m starting a new venture in video editing using Da Vinci Resolve. I would like a laptop over a tower for portability when I’m on the go to view and edit my footage. I’m currently using a Macbook Air that I use for my other business which doesn’t cut it at all for these tasks.
Footage is primarily going to be 4K 60FPS and using all the bells and whistles that Resolve has.
Right now I won’t be looking to buy a brand new laptop so I’m looking at second hand options on Ebay etc…
I understand that I’ll need a minimum of 16GB ram, SSD and good CPU and GPU combined.
Can anyone recommend what would be best to go with?
Help is greatly appreciated.

Blackmagic publish minimum specs in the support section of their website and on their forum. Be prepared to spend decent money to run 4k 60fps. I have recently been using a Dell 8 core Ryzen 7 4700 with integrated AMD GPU (512 VRAM), 16 gig RAM.
It just manages 4k BRAW at 25fps. VRAM needs to be a lot more for reliable 4k. You mention 4k 60fps but not codec. The choice of codec makes a big difference to real time performance.

For editing, if you don’t mind to work with proxies, version 17 made it even easier to switch between your original footage and your proxies.
