What kind of effects are these called?
As the title says whats it called when you make an effect that is kind of like a vision outside of what you normally see. As in the picture below from the matrix.
Also whats it called when you make a human dance but theyre created out of sand. Like in the video below?
Are there any good tutorials for either of these effects?

i mean..if you had a baked animation of a human figure dancing and imported it into after effects it would be somewhat possilbe with element 3d, and a whole lot of time..not to mention a beastly computer.
