  • What is the best formula to prepare a video for the web ?

All of the footage is in Sonrenson 3 720×486 and the frames got no specific render fields.
    My .mov is perfect looking.

When I export in .flv everything looks perfect!

But when I compress in WM9(*.wmv) or Sorenson 3.1 Video Pro(*.mov) it seems to use the lower field of the footage. It produces some flickering. What is the best formula to prepare a video for the web?

    qwerty ?

both wmv and quicktime sorenson has the option to choose lower, upper, off field. So be sure click on that option button. In wmv called advance settings, in sorenson called options. Best wishes!

Try to find an option for turning off fields. The option might be called “Progressive”.

We use Procoder which can convert just about anything to just about anything. It has presets so you can quickly make a file suitable for the web.
