what is the best compression for flash?
Hello everyone…
I’ve been asked to make an animation with some particular effects in Flash, but for two reasons I’m willing to work in After Effects instead:
1. I know these effects can be achieved in a much more efficient way in After Effects…
2. I’m in a rush here with this job and I work faster in After Effects…
There are some technical problems though… and I hope to solve them with you guys…
What is the best way to render the project in AE in order to make it smallest as possible to import in Flash?

I’d render 15 fps to a nice codec such as animation, then use Sorenson Squeeze to compress to .flv.
