What is needed to capture from a P2 card to a Apple Mac Book Pro
I have a new MacBook Pro and was wondering if there is an attachment or card reader I can use to Capture to the labtop? I don’t think I can use the slot on the side of the computer? or can I?

Nope you would need a P2 drive, P2 Store or connect the computer directly to the HVX via Firewire.

Where can I get my hands on a P2 card firewire or USB2.0 Card reader?

You need to get either the one Panasonic sells (the 5 bay card reader), or get a Powerbook (not MacBook Pro) with PCMCIA slot, or PC laptop with a PCMCIA slot. Those laptops would be cheapter than the 5 bay card reader.
Or get a P2 store. VERY handy.

There’s an adapter coming from http://www.duel-systems.com, they just updated their website to show it. No idea when it’ll be available, but it looks like they’re in the beta-testing stage now.
