August 20, 2021 at 9:15 pmHi, recently a 1969 Sony AVC-3250CE black and white-video camera fell into my lap, see photo.
I would like to connect it to the AJA Kona LHi card in my MacPro 5,1, running Mojave.
I tried a SDI-cable: nothing.
A search on internet suggested I need a analog to digital converter.
I’m new to all this, so could anybody point me in the right direction as to what kind of converter I would need for this B/W-signal.
I don’t know if it is relevant info, but I’m in PAL-land.
Thanks in advance!

August 25, 2021 at 3:41 pmIf you are using a LHI card you need to find the composite input. This camera is not using an SDI signal even though it’s BC. This camera has a composite connection and you can use your LHI card without converters and such you just need the breakout cable for you LHI, find the composite input and configure the card correctly.
