Still there in both of my MSP 12 versions.
Did you scroll down and click the arrow to see Render Options?

    Thanks for the reply.

Yeah I have only got “render Loop region only” as a choice. The letterbox was right under that in 11 and now it’s not. I have tried using both make a movie and Project Render As.

HAH! And there, just below the Windows bar on my screen in the Render DBox, was a little tickbox. “Show all Settings” and the No Letterboxing magically reappeared. 😀

Magical indeed, as I have that option in MSP 12 (=V12 Studio), View All Options (=Show All Settings) ticked or not.
Did you ever click that arrow left to Render Options like suggested? Ticking View all options just opens those options as well.
The bottom of the Render box hiding under Taskbar is a drag though.

Nah sorry Jorma. I did not click that arrow as you told me. Mia Culpa. As you say it would have done the job. I did not read your comment properly and just did not think about that arrow meaning “Open up”.

So rusty. So eager. Puppy in a soft toy factory. 🙁
