    Hello everybody.

    I live in a place where english its not the main lenguaje, and when I see some editor job offers I can see that its writtten.

    “Full time, start ASAP”

    Can anybody explain me what does ASAP means?
    Its like a trial contract or something like that?

    Since the advent of the internet and especially text messaging, we are buried in acronyms. Most of them, we take for granted. ASAP is very common in the US and so is RSVP, but most Americans don’t actually know what RSVP stands for other than “The Favor of a Reply is Requested” or “Let us know if you’re coming or not”.

    Here also with the sms and mail crazyness, all the people its using short forms for everithing. Its kind of weird see how 14 years old kids make a lot of mistakes :-S
