What do I have to do to replace all the signs in the picture?

This is a screenshot of my video. Me in a car driving on a highway with lots of billboards and stuff. What I want to do is replace all the billboard images with my “own” images. Can this be done? I guess rotoscoping will do the trick but is there a quicker way to do it? I saw Andrew Kramer’s tutorial on motion tracking and I guess i can use that.. but he just replaced 1 sign and it’s on a “clean” footage (no foreground that may obstruct the “board” to be replaced)..While i need to replace lots of signboards + theres a lot of wires and posts that’s in the way of my “billboard” signs..
Can anybody give me an advice on this? Thanks a lot.

Hi,
if you wachted A. Kramers tutorial, you know what to be done.
if footage is shaky i´ll perefer stabilizing the footage an then motion tracking. in the areas where wires covering the biard, i´d try that with mattes (luma mattes,etc.)
i think your footage ins´t pretty much hi res, so in the end it needs a lot of tweaeking like color correction of your billboards so that they fit perfectly (unvisible composting) in the scene.
and because there is no straight way to answer how to achieve several composits, watch a few AE tutorials here at the cow, i´m pretty shure you´ll find the right way.

Start brewing lots of coffee. No way but to brute force it. Of course, motion track as much as you can. But you’re pretty much screwed.

@Christiansen: take it one billboard at a time. And do you really need to replace all of them? Maybe one or two will do the trick as well… make sure your ‘billboards’ match the grain as well… Good luck buddy!
