  What are these locked in and out points?

  The green dotted points I can’t clear. When I try to overwrite the clip into a sequence it just gives me the audio, no video layer. When mark my own in and out and hit overwrite totally different video than either of my markers drops in with the same audio that was dropping in before.

  When I click and drag the source to my timeline then it recognizes my marks.

  What are these? Can I get rid of them? This footage has been on our server a long time so I’m assuming they were made awhile ago.

  Edit: After talking to a few other people who had no idea I want to mention that we do use Avid Interplay, I have a feeling they could be related to Interplay Assist, but I’ve worked with Interplay for a few years now for a very large company and have never seen this ever.
