What are the audio settings for NTSC to PAL conversion in AE?
I need to convert a DVD from NTSC to PAL. I’ve found a lot of great information regarding the video conversion (Andrew Kramer’s tutorial is great…as are the rest of his tutorials), but nothing about audio settings. Since NTSC to PAL has to do with the image, do I even need to do anything to the audio?
My source video is .m2v and audio is .ac3. Please advise!

It depends on the method you’re using. If you’re using methods that drop or blend frames but the program length is the same, then audio is FPS agnostic; you don’t have to touch audio except for maybe adjusting the levels for whatever the PAL standard broadcast level is, NTSC dialnorm is usually -24db with a peak of -10db.
I would assume this is the case, as the only conversion that uses a time stretch is film <-> PAL which is a subtle 24fps<->25fps.
