What a pleasure to deal with Boris FX
I bought a media 100 system and was having problems with the CG interface to Boris graffiti. M-100 required that the original cd be re-installed, but the problem was the original registration card with the serial numbers was misplaced or lost, though the original owner had all other documentation. I called Boris and fortunately the original owner was in their system. They have arranged a solution since my boris products needed an upgrade to the m-100 upgrade anyway.
It was a great experience to actually talk to someone on the phone who immediately took the time to look into my situation and and offer the replacement CD’s at a fair cost.
I just had to give some positive feedback which is hard to do with many companies in today’s world!!!
