Weirdness with Freeze Frames
I’m working with FCP HD 5.0 and OS TIGER, and whenever I create a Freeze Frame or a Title card I end up getting these weird green dots that flash all over the screen…This happens when I slow a clip and apply various effects as well…
Can’t figure it out???? Anyone know what this is?

Sounds like a corrupted install of Quicktime or something… this isn’t normal at all. How did you perform the upgrade to Tiger? If it wasn’t an erase and install, then a total reinstall of FCP and upgrades, then I suspect your install isn’t up to snuff and is causing a wierd thing to happen when it shouldn’t…
Post more too about your system. Is there a capture card involved? or is it just DV or?
