Weird things happening in Vegas 8/DVDA4.5 – aka Bugs
I am running into all kinds of small problems which I don’t believe are user error. Was this release rushed?
Weird things are happening and it is very frustrating! I know Adobe has had their share of bugs, but when you go from a good bug-free Version 7 to this riddled Version 8, it is starting to frustrate me!
1. Settings such as transparency is not being applied to buttons in DVDA4, when you use it in combination with other settings.
2. Themes are disappearing. I’ve had two themes refuse to load and show up in DVDA4.5. I thought maybe the files got corrupt, so I took a backup copy of the themes, and copied it into the folder. Still DVDA refuses to load the themes.
3. The ProTitler keeps crashing on me, when I apply certain affects, and/or undo changes. It crashes Vegas completely sometimes, and I have to load the recovered project.
4. DVDA4.5 – Under Media Properties, Video…I have set some files to Progressive, and then saved the project. After I reload the project, the settings sometimes go back to interlace!
