weird sound?
i just started using premiere cs5 and i have about 7 audio layers that when playing back seem to skip and hesitate. files are aif and wav. is this a pref setting? or are the audio formats wrong? also one track doesn’t have the L and R symbol on it?

Have you installed the Premiere Pro CS5 (5.0.2) update? That update fixes a lot of problems, including a problem with AIFF files.
