Weird problem with SOME transitions..
I’m trying to add any of the Iris transitions between two clips, and all that appears is a slight (VERY slight) blur between the two. No iris diamond, no iris cross, etc. And it’s weird because most of the other transitions work fine (a few of the dissolve ones have this same problem).
What could it be?

Try hitting enter (while the sequence is highlighted) so it would render. The effect might need some rendering before you can preview it.

I tried that alread, and it didn’t work. What else could it be?

There must be a problem with your install as I’ve tried to use your effects with problems and they work perfectly on mine?

It’s really weird. The specific transitions work on some parts of my video, but in the later parts it doesn’t.

I’m having the same problem with Iris transitions. They work in the program view, but when I export to an .avi file it doesn’t show up at all – like it’s just a piece missing. Other transitions seem to work fine. Anyone have suggestions?
