Weird motion blur after Rendering?
I am rendering my recorded game footage from Fraps with the following settings:
Whenever I export I get this strange motion blur like thing. The general quality of the video isn’t great for that matter. Should I increase the bit rate?

I fixed it. If I render in WMV instead of MP4 it works as it should. I was using MP4 as that was what somebody on the internet recommended for gameplay videos.

Your bit rate was set way too low. Are you using the same bit rate for the WMV file? I’m guessing it set higher. The higher the bit rate the higher the quality.
