Weird Glitch
Hey all,
I’m just making the jump from Final Cut to Premiere. Trying to cut my first project on it and having one strange issue.
When I double click on footage to watch in the viewer or try to watch a sequence it won’t play. Space bar won’t work. Clicking the play button in the view window won’t work. However, if I then open the “general” preferences window and click “OK”…everything works! I don’t even change anything. Just open preferences, click OK, and tada!
It’s annoying because I have to do it again every time I click away from Premiere. Which I tend to do every couple minutes to find something in my finder or whatever.
Any ideas what might be causing this???

I don’t think I’ve seen that one before. You might actually want to call adobe on this one…

Man lucky you, general preferences and OK, does not work for me. the same issue is described here: https://forums.creativecow.net/thread/3/931380#935229 and https://forums.adobe.com/message/5025653#5025653 … can’t do my videos now
