Wedding Video has white spots and fuzziness
Hi all,
don’t know if anyone can help, but recently me and my business partner edited (using Adobe Premiere CS4 or 5) and made a wedding video (with a DVD menu made via Adobe Encore) and the couple have played it a few times but now they say that it has stopped playing after only a couple of viewings and also there is fuzziness and white spots on the video.
We edited using Adobe Premiere (think it was version cs4 or 5) and Adobe Encore again (cs4 or 5).Have no idea what could have caused the video to stop playing completely after a couple of viewings and have no idea why there is fuzziness and white spots on the video.
Can anyone please help?

If the video on the dvd was good when you gave it to them, the media may have been mishandled or is going bad, just make them a copy from your archive.
