Website Redesign Advice

Hey everyone!

My name is Mark and I am a designer in Chicago. I always love doing freelance work, and would like to redesign my website to better cater to potential freelance clients. I would like to create something clean, fresh and not too trendy. I realize that the galleries do not function too well in non-IE browsers, and something is being done to correct that. I am looking for advice mostly on colors and general aesthetic. Also, if you think I should add or remove certain items, please express that as well.
