Web cameras that can stream and record to card at same time?

Folks, I am looking for a web camera that can output to a computer for streaming and record to an SD card at the same time. Do you know of any that do this?

I was looking into the Zoom Q2n 4K, but it can’t do this simultaneously. It seems the next best way to get these simultaneous features is to bump up to a better camera that can use HDMI out instead of USB out like most web cameras.

Or use a Blackmagic Web presenter and use whatever cameras you want

That’s not practical for the solution I am looking for in order to remote videography. I have something by Roland already for a switcher where I can use whatever camera I want. Other people have to able to operate the camera since we will send it to them so it has to be simple.

We’ve decided to use OpenReel with a combination of mobile devices and small cameras.
