    WAV or AIF files?

    I recently purchased some buy out music. It has both WAV and AIF file format.
    I’ve never used the AIF files. What’s the difference and is there any advantage to using one over the other?

    AIFF is basically WAV for Macs – uncompressed PCM with same/similar format support. They should both be fine in Vegas but you may as well stick with WAV if you’re mainly using PCs because it’s probably more widely supported.
