    Hi all,

I recorded two tracks (lav and sounds system) into my Zoon 4hn. I have the wav file playing fine in VLC but can’t play it in Soundtrack Pro, FCP or Adobe soundbooth. Any ideas? It may be a simple problem since I’m horrible with audio.

Can you bring it into Compressor and convert it to .aiff? FCP likes that more

I attempted to export it into AAC and AIFF to no avail. I may just plug my zoon 4hn into the headphone port of the mac and record the VLC version.

This was Lav input(left) and the sounds system(right).

I just don’t understand why it’ll play perfectly on VLC but not anywhere else.

Weird. All I can tell you is FCP like .AIFF @ 16-bit 48KHz. Sorry :/

Would anyone know of the best way to export it from VLC. If it’s playing there, there must be a way.
