“Water-Color” like artifacting happening in AE and once exported.
Hello,
I am editing a montage scene in AE that consists of motion tracking and the blending of shots. Towards the end of my editing time a watercolor like blurring started to occur at times in some of the motion of my project. Has anyone seen this?
Look around his hand in the image.

What effects are you using?
Are you retiming any of your shots?
Is your footage fps different than your comp fps?
Do you have frame blending turned on for that layer?What are your export settings?
