If your reseller is in the U.S., this is a slightly unusual statement, but some resellers over seas have different policies regarding warranty returns and services they themselves provide. Regardless, Blackmagic Design honors your full warranty period, and we’re happy to help you troubleshoot and RMA your card if it comes to that.
