Warpy background effect
Ok, so im looking to recreate the background effect in this video. https://youtu.be/RkOzOrTzYks . I can only guess that it was some wild experimentation, but im not even sure where to begin. Thanks for any help.

turbulent displacement map using a black and white fractal noise as the gradient…youll have to play around with which fractal works the best
