  Warp Stabilizer Auto-crop

  I just installed CS6 production and wanted to test out the warp stabilizer on some side track footage that I have. Most everything I had seen online said you could just plug it into the clip and it would work.

  When I apply the effect, it crops my image down to an EXTREME letterbox, and brings the sides in from the edge. My sequence is 1080p, shot on a 5dmkii. I don’t know what to do to fix it, I’ve played with all the parameters, no luck. I opened After Effects to try it in there as well, same result. Can anyone explain why it is doing this to my footage?
