In order to make a person look like a zombie I want to apply a certain texture to the skin of the face. In order to do that I would like to manipulate the texture so that it sort of follows the contours of the face. I guess I want to warp it three-dimensionaly so that the originally flat texture approaches the form of the face.

I have never done something like this. What tools does Photoshop offer for it?

You can wrap textures to 3D objects. Create a model of that person’s head or approximate.

So, in your opinion, there would be no way to do this exclusively in Photoshop?
