  WARNING for 10.4 and ATTO FC3300 users

  Hi there!

  A customer of ours had a lot of issues running FCP 5 on 10.4 (random freezes). He was running all his projects from a Galaxy-i RAID5 Array through an FC3300 from ATTO. It turns out the ATTO is to blame. If I replace the FC3300 with a Celerity PS21 there are no issues what so ever! ATTO sent me a beta driver to see if that would solve the issue but it didn’t.. They’re currently investigating the issue..
  So,

  if you’re planning on running Tiger/ FCP5 with a RAID Array you should avoid the FC3300 and go for the PS21 instead.
