    Hi all! How are you?
I’ve done 3 animations (think of them like a mascot doing a different thing in each of them), and I’d like to put them all together in one single clip as part of my portfolio. I was wondering what would be the best way to do this. I have each animation as a precomp and as a .webm file, so I was thinking of creating a new composition in AE, adding a background and some text on it and then placing these three animations there and rendering that. Should I place them there in their precomp format or in their .webm format? I fear putting them as the former will take AGES to render, but I’m unsure if the later will take forever as well and if the quality will be notably worse… Is there a better way to do this?
Thank you all for your time! Have a lovely Sunday!

I’d pre-render the animations with transparency in an uncompressed format, then bring the three pieces back in to a new comp over your background and render again uncompressed. Then convert the uncompressed footage to final format with Adobe Media Encoder.
