Want to create particles EXACTLY something like this!
In this Video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtWmKpyVWAUFrom 13:00 to 16:00, The client’s requirement is to create EXACTLY the same particles.
I have tried a lot using Particular with Grid Emitter(Harry Frank has made a nice tutorial on it) and Form with Fractal, Disperse and almost everything but the result was just 50% of the Original.
If someone can give me a link of some tutorial or tips , it will be of great help.

Trapcode Mir may be used to produce the effect you are after. Unfortunately there are just a few tutorials out there.

My first thought was it was done with Trapcode Form.

Looks like Particular for the particles on their way to the screen and Form for the particle wipe effect on the screen.
Mostly the Physics > Air> Turbulence settings, but also some controlling pre-comps for the instance of Form.
